Interested in being an exhibitor for the 2010 Santa Cruz County Fair?
Fair dates and hours:

| Thursday, | September 16th | – | 12 noon-11 pm |
| Friday, | September 17th | – | 12 noon-11 pm |
| Saturday, | September 18th | – | 10 AM-11 pm |
| Sunday, | September 19th | – | 10 AM-10 pm |
**Please note: There is a possibility the Fair will close early on Tuesday – Thursday.

PLEASE: Booths MUST be manned all hours of the Fair
The 2009 fair saw total attendance of 58,649.
Booths are in 10x10 increments or $5.50 per square foot space (same as 2009). Example:
10 X 10 - $550.00
20 X 10 - $1,100.00
Corner spaces are an additional $150
Exhibitors must submit a list of employees that will be working in booth in order to receive their daily passes (parking included in designated areas); maximum of thirty (30) passes. Additional daily passes (including parking in designated areas) may be purchased at $8.00 each. These passes must be purchased by 5 PM, Monday, September 13, 2010. After 5 PM these passes will become regular admission price of $10.00.
Public liability insurance totaling $1,000,000.00 is required naming us as additional insured. You may obtain your own and the Fair has access through California Fairs Service Authority (CFSA) for a total fee of $90.00, which must be in the form of a Money Order or Certified Check.
Submitting an application does not guarantee space at the Fair. Space will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
